Sales Associate (Vismin)

Location: Visayas / Mindanao, Philippines; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Collect KYC documents and service agreements from clients after sales are closed.
• Review submitted paperwork for accuracy and completeness before forwarding it to the Partner Solutions team.
• Coordinate between Sales and onboarding teams and track new account status.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide real-time visibility into onboarding progress.
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing information and clarify document requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development, preferably in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to review complex data, identify discrepancies, and solve problems independently.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
