What you will do

• Define and evolve the vision, standards, and long-term direction of the visual design discipline across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop design leaders and teams, fostering a culture of craft excellence.
• Partner with creative, motion, production, and product teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality design execution.
• Establish and govern scalable design systems, workflows, and operational best practices.
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted design tools and emerging creative technologies.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients to communicate design value and influence outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in visual and interactive design, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design across digital products, campaigns, or brand systems.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, including advanced use of design systems.
• Proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven design workflows and modern creative technologies.
• Must be based in the United States.
