What you will do

• Partner with executive stakeholders and product marketing to develop executive and product narratives for keynotes, customer presentations, internal communications, and board-level materials.
• Design and produce polished executive-level PowerPoint presentations, creating custom visuals, diagrams, and supporting graphics in Figma.
• Apply art direction to ensure modern aesthetics, visual consistency, and production-ready outputs aligned to the hirify.global brand system.
• Maintain and evolve scalable presentation systems, templates, visual frameworks, and reusable assets to improve consistency and enablement across teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product marketing, executive communications, sales, events, and corporate leadership; provide creative rationale and feedback.
• Manage multiple high-priority initiatives, coordinate timelines with Creative Operations/Project Management, and improve presentation workflows and creative enablement resources.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in visual design, presentation design, art direction, or brand communication (in-house or agency-side).
• Ability to travel to join executive and vendor teams for on-site rehearsals of mainstage events (e.g., Inspire and Xperience).
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating highly polished, executive-ready presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (most relevant).
• Proven ability to translate complex business, technical, or product topics into clear, visually engaging communication materials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, executive communications, visual narrative development, and design craft.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting executive keynote presentations, live event production, and presentation rehearsals.
• Motion graphics, presentation animation, or illustration experience.
• Experience building scalable presentation systems, templates, or creative enablement resources.
• Familiarity with DAM systems such as Bynder.
• Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology organizations; experience mentoring/coaching designers.
