What you will do

• Lead the creation of visual assets across brand, web, social media, decks, and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma.
• Translate creative direction and strategic input into refined, production-ready designs.
• Support web and digital design initiatives through wireframes, layouts, and interface design.
• Create internal and external marketing materials, including case studies and visual narratives.
• Participate in creative reviews, critiques, and collaborative design sessions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience in agency, in-house, or freelance environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, responsive systems, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design principles.
• Experience translating brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and assets.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively and work independently.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with Webflow or Framer.
• Skills in motion design.
• Experience with system-based design operations.
