What you will do

• Lead standardized revenue cycle operations between UBO Enterprise and over 130 Military Treatment Facilities.
• Own billing system integration by translating policy and operational changes into system logic, design, and implementation.
• Bridge the gap between Operations, IT, and Compliance to ensure system configurations reflect real-world workflows.
• Define and lead testing scenarios for billing logic, validating outputs such as claims, statements, and balances.
• Direct a team of Implementation Specialists through stand-up, Initial Operating Capability (IOC), and Full Operating Capability (FOC) phases.
• Establish rollout sequencing, site-selection criteria, and readiness thresholds for service capabilities.

Requirements

• Eligibility for a Department of Defense (DoD) Public Trust clearance.
• 7+ years of experience in large health systems or multifacility healthcare environments, focusing on revenue cycle or shared-service implementation.
• Proven experience integrating operational changes into billing system design and configuration.
• Expertise in billing and patient accounting systems, including claims and statement logic.
• Demonstrated experience standing up or operating multi-site shared-service operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Military Health System (MHS) or DHA environment.
• Knowledge of TPC, MSA, and MAC cost-recovery programs.
• Familiarity with MHS GENESIS / Oracle Cerner Patient Accounting (CPA).
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
