What you will do

• Manage multiple client implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Develop project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading status updates, workshops, and solution demos.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Integration, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on course.
• Support pre-sales activities by validating project scope and pricing assumptions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software/SaaS or enterprise solution delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different geographies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles with enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
