TL;DR
Director, Partner Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling the partner sales strategy across AMER and LATAM regions with an accent on driving partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX
Compensation: $146,000–$218,000 OTE (including bonus/commission)

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of four Partner Sales Managers across AMER and LATAM.
- Own partner-qualified lead generation, partner-influenced pipeline, and partner-sourced revenue targets.
- Execute territory-level partner strategies to ensure optimal partner activation on key opportunities.
- Drive field adoption of partner-first selling by collaborating with Sales leadership and AEs.
- Govern partner attach rates on new business to meet company-wide delivery partner objectives.
- Engage directly with senior contacts at Platinum-tier partners like Deloitte, Accenture, and WPP.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading regional partner, alliance, or channel sales teams in B2B SaaS.
- Deep understanding of activating partner value within direct sales deal cycles.
- Experience working with both SI/Delivery partners and Technology partners.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Executive presence to represent the company at QBRs and industry events.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- MarTech or adjacent SaaS ecosystem knowledge.
- Experience with account mapping tools such as Crossbeam.
