Salary: $182,000 - $225,000 base + commissions

What you will do
- Activate and accelerate high-velocity VAR partners to reach revenue goals.
- Execute partner business plans to drive new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of partners focused on AI adoption and customer transformation.
- Establish professional, executive-level relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
- Develop strategic growth initiatives to increase partner productivity and pipeline generation.
- Oversee partner practice building, including deal registration, tracking, and monetization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS or partnerships.
- Proven track record of building strategic VAR partnerships that generate measurable ARR.
- Deep fluency in partner economics, margin structures, and expansion pipelines.
- Experience partnering or selling in enterprise ITSM or ITAM environments.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to influence C-suite and practice lead stakeholders.
