What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between the CIO organization and USA Market leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Translate business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive adoption of CIO technology solutions and champion digital transformation efforts across the market.
• Oversee the portfolio of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success and proactively manage risks.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to support new technologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in business relationship management, IT consulting, or similar leadership roles.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, business process improvement, and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong portfolio and project management skills with outstanding stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to travel to hirify.global corporate locations 20-30% as needed.
