Salary: $143,200 - $196,900

What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders to shape IT demand and translate requirements into roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication for key initiatives.
- Drive prioritization and execution of the IT portfolio in alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate across cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for digital innovation and process improvement.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex IT programs and multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, and eCommerce.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across business and IT teams.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization with competing priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in healthcare or life sciences.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
