What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to shape IT demand and translate requirements into roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication for key initiatives.
• Drive prioritization and execution of the IT portfolio in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate across cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for digital innovation and process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex IT programs and multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, and eCommerce.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across business and IT teams.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization with competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
