What you will do

• Capture and maintain accurate customer inquiry and demand data within the SAP system.
• Create and update quotations based on requests from Sales officers.
• Support delivery and return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes, including status tracking.
• Initiate the order booking process and ensure smooth handover to downstream teams.
• Provide general account support, including data collection and stakeholder coordination.
• Participate in operational projects to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations or related fields.
• Proficiency in using sales-related systems such as ERP/SAP.
• Strong communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HQ Planning) and external customers.
• Customer-oriented mindset and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
