What you will do

• Identify and capture new business opportunities in Korea’s heavy industries and specialized manufacturing sectors.
• Provide tailored technical specifications and consultancy with a strong emphasis on Electro-Mechanical Solutions (EMS).
• Lead system calculations, precision sizing, and technical selection of hirify.global products for optimal customer integration.
• Manage and forecast the sales lifecycle using core business tools including SAP, CEM, and Horizon.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify industry trends and competitor movements in Korea.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electro-mechanical and motion control industries.
• Ability to lead complex system calculations and technical product sizing.
• Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting via SAP or similar CRM/ERP tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Icheon, South Korea
