What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to prioritize and maintain a portfolio of accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and discovery to proposal and closing.
• Identify and acquire new logo prospects through inbound and outbound channels.
• Collaborate with Technical Inside Sales Executives and engineers to address complex technical needs.
• Ensure seamless service delivery by transitioning closed sales to fulfillment teams.
• Support the development of multi-year account plans for global and strategic accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of professional sales experience.
• Deep knowledge of specialty products within the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) portfolio.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
