What you will do

• Drive the strategy and roadmap for the agentic voice customer entry experience, from greeting to journey orchestration.
• Design AI-powered voice interactions for customer identification, intent prediction, and intelligent authentication.
• Define and monitor a KPI framework for trust, engagement, and containment.
• Collaborate with identity, platform, and data science teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end AI solutions.
• Shape the long-term vision for how voice becomes a trusted channel for agentic AI in customer servicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (8+ years exp) or Master’s (6+ years exp) in a related professional field.
• Proven experience building AI-forward, ML-enabled, or conversational products (voice, contact center, identity, or risk).
• Expertise in defining product strategy and roadmaps for emerging technologies.
• Strong ability to define KPIs and use data for executive storytelling and prioritization.
• Experience managing stakeholders across complex organizational landscapes.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
