What you will do

• Oversee product execution from inception to delivery for the hirify.global Data platform.
• Define product requirements, write technical specifications, and manage product backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and sales to ensure the timely delivery of quality features.
• Decompose complex projects into manageable parts and track progress against delivery plans.
• Drive alignment, manage technical tradeoffs, and remove blockers throughout project lifecycles.
• Measure engineering velocity and establish best practices to improve delivery speed and security.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree, preferably in computer science or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of building web products in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Technical experience in data, analytics, design, or engineering.
• Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making.
• Experience leading teams and managing enterprise software projects.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.
