Salary: $188,000-$230,000

What you will do

• Own product end-to-end: define vision, clarify uncertainty, and execute from strategy through delivery.
• Work closely with telecom operator customers to understand needs and why they matter.
• Prioritize ruthlessly and align team, customers, and internal stakeholders on what is being built and why.
• Partner with Engineering to execute the vision, prototype ideas, and be hands-on in technical details.
• Collaborate with Research on prioritizing the model training roadmap.
• Partner with Revenue, Legal, and Finance to uncover customer needs, support pricing, account for regulation, and build business cases.

Requirements

• At least one of: product management experience at a venture-backed startup; founder/early employee experience at a startup close to the product; or management consulting (MBB) with proof that tech is not new to you.
• Technical background via education or professional experience.
• Strong urgency and ability to drive execution and instill it in others.
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy while knowing when to ask for help.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to structure ideas clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or voice AI at the model, orchestration, or application layer.
• Experience launching successful products as a PM.
• Ability to show something you built yourself without an engineer.
• Experience doing something out of the normal that shaped your perspective.
