What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership to shape deal strategies driving growth across APJ.
• Lead the structuring and pricing for complex and non-standard SaaS and professional services deals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to align on terms and resolve challenges.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced commercial models and regional policy nuances.
• Refine global deal governance frameworks using regional insights to improve efficiency.
• Develop and deliver training for Sales and Deal Desk on pricing and contracting strategies.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, or Commercial Strategy, ideally in SaaS.
• Expertise in structuring multi-year, multi-entity, and partner-led transactions.
• Hands-on experience supporting APJ go-to-market teams.
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and SaaS commercial T&Cs.
• Ability to synthesize complexity and drive decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Capability to work effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
