Revenue Analyst

What you will do

• Ensure revenue is accounted for in accordance with company policies and ASC 606 guidelines.
• Review data completeness and accuracy within the RevPro revenue system.
• Process contract updates, revenue adjustments, and journal entries.
• Oversee revenue-related internal controls and support audit requirements.
• Perform significant data analysis in Excel to support month-end close processes.
• Prepare deal reviews and checklists to ensure adherence to revenue recognition standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry accounting or audit experience.
• 2–3 years of specific revenue accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 or IFRS 15 revenue recognition guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivoting and vlookup.
• Strong communication skills to interact with sales, product teams, and external auditors.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, RevPro, NetSuite, or Workday.
• Prior experience in a SaaS company.
• Public accounting background.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for accounting workflows.
