What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational lead for strategic accounts, building trusted relationships and delivering proactive solutions.
• Own customer forecast accuracy, identifying risks and partnering with Sales and Planning on demand strategies.
• Oversee complex orderbook scenarios, including allocations, supply constraints, and prioritization decisions.
• Coordinate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational updates, issue resolution, and escalation handling.
• Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B customer service or account support experience, preferably with major retailers.
• Proven experience managing high-volume accounts and working with EDI transactions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision preferred) and ticketing tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including vlook-ups, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based on-site in Burbank, CA
