Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 annually

What you will do

• Analyze key Strategic segment metrics including sales funnel, revenue growth, and pipeline health across new and renewal motions.
• Lead annual planning workstreams, including book building, territory design, and geo analyses for GTM decisions.
• Drive forecasting accuracy by providing data-driven analysis and inspection views for leadership.
• Design and build reporting dashboards and drive CRM hygiene and scalability within Salesforce.
• Perform whitespace and product penetration analysis to inform targeting and resourcing for strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute tailored operational processes to increase efficiency and win rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Field, Revenue, or Business Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise/strategic sales teams and building relationships with executives.
• Advanced analytical skills with expertise in building complex models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Significant experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding.
• Ability to drive projects from 0 to 1 in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Location: Must be based in Nashville, TN and able to work from the office 4 days a week.
