What you will do

• Partner with Control Standard Owners (1st line) and Risk/Policy Owners (2nd line) to embed risk management requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Control Standards, including design, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Drive and monitor the execution of ODCR, NFR, and Compliance calendar activities.
• Support the development and review of local and global key controls to ensure efficiency.
• Validate new Key Controls against existing Internal Control Documents (ICDs) to prevent duplication.
• Provide status reporting on control effectiveness and encourage process optimization through automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, Risk Management, or Audit.
• At least 2 years of experience in Banking industry risk management, business control, or audit environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Data Management, End User Computing (EUC), and BCBS239 frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) and Compliance frameworks.
• English: C1 (fluent) written and oral communication skills required.
• Location: Based in Manila.
