Analyst, CS Compliance & Risk Management (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (Philippines) - Requires at least 3 days in office

What you will do

• Monitor, investigate, and validate client compliance with hirify.global International By-Laws and Core Rules.
• Perform transaction data analysis and website research to identify non-compliant activity and trends.
• Manage internal and external relations regarding compliance enforcement and non-compliance assessments.
• Develop reports and statistics on compliance processing to help define global and regional strategies.
• Coordinate and track compliance action plans submitted by clients through to resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Executives and CS Account Managers to ensure client understanding of rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree.
• At least 2 years of work experience (minimum 5 years preferred in customer support for financial services, banking, or compliance).
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills (C1).
• Knowledge of general auditing and compliance procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Multi-lingual capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of payment solutions (Card Payments, ACH, or Push Payments) and relevant network rules.
