Location: Must be based in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Uruguay. Work schedule: US Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Salary: $1,200 - $1,800 per month

What you will do

  • Manage B2B relationships with NEMT broker clients to increase trip routing and trust.
  • Oversee the full driver lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention.
  • Ensure trip completion by coordinating with drivers and resolving operational issues in real-time.
  • Proactively reactivate inactive drivers and serve as the primary human point of contact.
  • Analyze market-level insights to inform product and operational improvements.
  • Coordinate dispatch and trip assignments to optimize driver daily earnings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or logistics (e.g., Uber, Lyft, Rappi).
  • Experience working with US-based clients and comfort with US business culture.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) for daily communication with US clients and drivers.
  • Availability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Proven remote work experience with a track record of independent delivery.
  • Self-provided reliable computer and stable internet connection.
