Salary: $176,000 – $264,000 CAD

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership with a focus on cloud systems and AI/ML.
• 10+ years of experience in design and development for mission-critical systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
• Extensive experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS and Python preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices including DevOps, automated testing, and observability.
• Proven ability to hire and lead high-performing teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
