What you will do

  • Drive renewals across a mid-size customer portfolio by monitoring account health and demonstrating value.
  • Translate complex data into ROI and performance stories tailored for stakeholders from CFOs to marketing teams.
  • Identify early signals of growth or risk to flag adoption challenges and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop proactive strategic account plans and stakeholder activation maps.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Accounts to build advanced commercial skillsets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence the product roadmap and feature requests.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles.
  • Background in D2C marketing, analytics, or eCommerce.
  • Ability to interpret dashboards, spot trends, and articulate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills across email, video, and live meetings.
  • Proactive ownership of follow-ups and creative planning.

Nice to have

  • Experience with eCommerce data, attribution, or D2C ad platforms.
