TL;DR

Growth Account Executive (SaaS): Scaling the go-to-market motion by owning and closing complex SaaS deals with companies ranging from 50 - 300 employees with an accent on building pipeline, identifying and engaging high-potential accounts. Focus on navigating multi-threaded buying groups across both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a focus on $25k+ ACV opportunities.

Location: Remote-first (United States; ON, Canada). Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone. This role will require an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA. To join hirify.global, you'll need valid U.S. or Canadian work authorization depending on the country of employment.

Salary: $136,000 - $160,000 (USD)

What you will do

  • Meet with potential customers, deeply understand their problems, and assess whether or not hirify.global is a good fit.
  • Build a sales pipeline with heavy outbound focus.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts.
  • Negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, education and engineering to execute sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and decision-making processes.
  • Proven ability to balance outbound pipeline generation with active deal execution.
  • Strong track record of running thorough, consultative discovery, uncovering business, technical, and organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated success closing $25k+ ACV opportunities.

  • Love for testing, tracking, and iterating on your process.
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.
  • Passion or interest in the no-code space.
  • Knowledge of or interest in web design, development, or hirify.global products.
