What you will do

  • Own pre- and post-sale relationship management and revenue growth for top brokerage and franchisor accounts.
  • Prospect, build pipeline, and close new business by identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Land and expand within existing accounts by increasing product adoption and uncovering new revenue.
  • Sell the full suite of broker-facing solutions, collaborating with product and functional specialists.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans covering strategy and stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional deal execution to move business forward.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, specifically selling to brokerages, franchisors, or C-suite buyers.
  • Proven track record of existing brokerage relationships and selling to brokers.
  • Experience in complex, full-cycle sales roles including new-business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Disciplined approach to solution selling and modern sales methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
