Salary: $158,000 – $182,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead and evolve end-to-end software development processes, including agile delivery and design workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software developers and quality specialists.
• Shape and mature the Investly platform architecture, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
• Manage project timelines, resource planning, and stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a healthy, inclusive team culture.
• Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership or people management.
• Hands-on experience with backend (Java/Spring Boot), web (React), mobile (React Native), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and cloud (AWS).
• Strong background in software architecture, system design, and development best practices.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior executives.
