What you will do
- Own and evolve the end-to-end data architecture connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and the BI layer.
- Establish a governance framework and roadmap for business systems to ensure trusted data flow across Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams.
- Implement an AI governance framework to embed AI into core workflows, forecasting, and operational automation.
- Define and enforce master data management and integration standards across all corporate systems.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of systems specialists and manage external delivery partners.
- Manage vendor relationships and SaaS stack contracts to optimize value and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership within B2B SaaS, with 3+ years leading a team.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, specifically in designing the integration layer between them.
- Strong experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato strongly preferred) and modern BI tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a closed-loop architecture (quote-to-cash, lead-to-revenue) in multi-entity environments.
- Hands-on technical experience within the last 12 months in configuration, automation, or data modeling.
- Robust discipline in data governance and master data management.
Nice to have
- Experience in PE-backed, high-growth SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with multi-stream revenue models and complex revenue recognition.
- Proven experience embedding AI/ML or agentic automation into operational workflows.
- NetSuite and/or Salesforce certifications.
