What you will do

• Partner with Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to map, analyze, and characterize end-to-end business processes.
• Lead the setup, configuration, and implementation of business applications, including financial tools and workflow automation platforms.
• Translate complex sales commission structures and targets into scalable system logic and automated workflows.
• Identify and integrate AI tools and LLMs into current systems to streamline business operations.
• Serve as the technical focal point for solution design and continuous optimization initiatives across departments.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Applications Specialist, Systems Implementer, or Business Systems Analyst.
• Deep understanding of corporate business processes in finance, budgeting, HR planning, or sales incentives.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise tools such as NetSuite, Pigment, Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Workato, or n8n.
• Proven hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, or AI-driven automation within business processes.
• Strong proficiency in both Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management (specializing in Information Systems) or a related field is an advantage.
