What you will do

• Lead the migration from legacy CRM to Salesforce, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Engage Sales, Partners, Compliance, and Support teams to document requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect and Developers to design scalable data models and security models.
• Execute test cases for system integration and UAT to ensure solutions fit trading workflows.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, data dictionaries, and user guides.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in CRM migrations or system transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Core Clouds.
• Experience in the trading or financial services sector (onboarding, partner management, compliance).
• Must be based in or able to work from Limassol, Cyprus to adhere to the hybrid work model.
• Ability to write effective prompts for AI tools (e.g., Claude) for testing and optimization.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
• Experience working with data migration projects and large data sets.
• Understanding of Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and AI-powered automation.
