What you will do

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives and share market insights.
  • Work with Finance to recover overdue payments and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and track activities in Salesforce.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and align with inventory planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales systems.
  • Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
