Location: Must be based in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role requires working US night shift hours on a long-term basis.

What you will do
- Identify and qualify potential customers for IP services and products.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily call and email activity targets.
- Build and maintain accurate contact and activity data in Salesforce.
- Schedule new business meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with leadership to A/B test messaging and sales cadences.
- Communicate the company value proposition effectively to prospective clients.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment, ideally supporting US-based clients.
- Willingness and ability to work US night shift hours on a long-term basis.
- Proven experience with cold calling and outbound email outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service mindset and professional integrity.
- Ability to work productively under pressure and independently within a virtual team.
Nice to have
- Experience in the IP industry or professional services.
- Familiarity with sales technology such as SalesNav or Outreach.
