What you will do

• Source and execute purchase orders for project materials, equipment, rentals, and construction services.
• Manage the bidding, evaluation, and negotiation process for field procurement.
• Collaborate with site construction teams, superintendents, and project managers to define procurement needs.
• Manage supplier relationships, including delivery coordination, logistics, and performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate field procurement records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Act as a liaison between field operations, logistics, and financial teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Must be able to mobilize to the project site in Cartersville, GA.
• OSHA certification and other mandatory onsite training.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and basic mathematics.

Nice to have

• Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business, or Construction Management.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle.
• Advanced understanding of construction materials and equipment rentals.
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial or capital projects.
