What you will do

• Define and execute the regional supply chain strategy aligned with global operations and growth objectives.
• Lead supply chain activities for major global retail accounts, ensuring alignment across forecasting, inventory, and deployment.
• Manage regional Procurement and Logistics teams to optimize freight, warehousing, and OTIF performance.
• Develop executive-level relationships with EMS partners and conduct regular supplier business reviews.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain to assess manufacturing capacity and manage supply risks.
• Mentor and develop a high-potential team, fostering accountability and executive communication standards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including multi-country operations in North America and LATAM.
• Proven experience managing EMS partners and contract manufacturers.
• Demonstrated success in communicating directly with enterprise customers and presenting to executive audiences.
• Strong expertise in ERP and planning systems, SAP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business required; MBA preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% across the Americas for customer and supplier site visits.
