What you will do

• Plan and execute complex purchase orders based on field requisitions and project requirements.
• Coordinate transport and logistics to ensure materials and equipment arrive at job sites on time.
• Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Partner with the Sourcing team to develop and leverage category strategies.
• Resolve quality, delivery, and invoice issues to maintain system data integrity.
• Monitor and expedite purchase orders to mitigate project delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or related supply chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, commodity markets, and supplier terms.
• Ability to travel 3-4 times per year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
