Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $253,000 - $355,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the evolution of the Enterprise Risk Management program to support scale and strategic priorities.
  • Strengthen risk governance, including risk appetite and taxonomy across the organization.
  • Oversee and mature core programs including Operational Risk, Third Party Risk Management, and Business Continuity.
  • Develop risk analytics and reporting to identify emerging risks for executive leadership.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and credible challenger for new products and initiatives.
  • Mentor and scale a high-performing team of risk professionals.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or technology environments.
  • Deep expertise leading risk, audit, or compliance functions.
  • Proven track record of maturing enterprise risk frameworks in high-growth environments.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Finance functions.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
