What you will do

• Administer and support controls certification processes and initial evidence reviews.
• Log, track, and monitor compliance issues and remediation activities through to resolution.
• Prepare periodic reporting for issues management, contract monitoring, and governance activities.
• Manage regulatory inventory reviews and annual compliance procedures including risk assessments.
• Monitor policy review cycles to ensure timely updates and compliance.
• Support regulatory mapping by preparing self-assessments against program elements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of audit, risk, or compliance experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Newark, NJ.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
