Salary: $115,000–$135,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

• Support Risk and Controls Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and enterprise risk initiatives.
• Evaluate operational and strategic risks for new product launches and business changes.
• Establish and monitor risk appetite statements, tolerance thresholds, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Design and improve enterprise risk management frameworks within GRC systems.
• Provide guidance to business teams on risk trends and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management within regulated financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of risk management principles, governance structures, and frameworks.
• Proven ability to communicate complex risk topics to executive audiences.
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach to assessing control effectiveness.
• Must be able to work in-person 3 days per week in Menlo Park or New York.
