Salary: $105,000–$123,000 CAD

What you will do
- Represent Risk Management on key business and technology projects.
- Analyze proposed changes to identify risk exposures and document required mitigations.
- Provide constructive challenges to ensure risks are accurately recognized and addressed.
- Lead administrative aspects of the Change Risk process and uphold risk standards.
- Partner with automation teams to integrate risk considerations into design and implementation.
- Conduct thematic risk assessments and develop reporting dashboards for leadership.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, operational risk, audit, or compliance.
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Proven experience in process mapping and change management principles.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex risks into actionable language.
- Experience representing risk on business or technology projects.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, or Python.
- Exposure to business process automation or workflow tools.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry.
