What you will do

• Represent Risk Management on key business and technology projects.
• Analyze proposed changes to identify risk exposures and document required mitigations.
• Provide constructive challenges to ensure risks are accurately recognized and addressed.
• Lead administrative aspects of the Change Risk process and uphold risk standards.
• Partner with automation teams to integrate risk considerations into design and implementation.
• Conduct thematic risk assessments and develop reporting dashboards for leadership.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in risk management, operational risk, audit, or compliance.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Proven experience in process mapping and change management principles.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex risks into actionable language.
• Experience representing risk on business or technology projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, or Python.
• Exposure to business process automation or workflow tools.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry.
