Salary: $86,380 - $129,570

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day HR partnership and consultation for assigned functional teams.
• Lead and support HR programs including employment, litigation, retention, and terminations.
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage disability and workers' compensation claims.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on talent management, compensation, and payroll.
• Ensure HR compliance with local and statutory laws and regulations.
• Support training and onboarding for team members, supervisors, and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources required.
• Prior experience ensuring HR compliance with local and statutory laws required.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and issue resolution required.
• Must be able to work onsite in American Falls, ID.
• Strong proficiency with HRMS, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or HR certification.
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience optimizing HCM, timekeeping, or payroll systems.
