Salary: $86,380 - $129,570

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day HR partnership and consultation for assigned functional teams.
- Lead and support HR programs including employment, litigation, retention, and terminations.
- Conduct workplace investigations and manage disability and workers' compensation claims.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on talent management, compensation, and payroll.
- Ensure HR compliance with local and statutory laws and regulations.
- Support training and onboarding for team members, supervisors, and managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources required.
- Prior experience ensuring HR compliance with local and statutory laws required.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and issue resolution required.
- Must be able to work onsite in American Falls, ID.
- Strong proficiency with HRMS, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or HR certification.
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience optimizing HCM, timekeeping, or payroll systems.
