What you will do

• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and inclusive talent pools.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Gem, boolean searches, and social media.
• Partner with recruiting teams and business leaders to build robust talent pipelines.
• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and candidate trends.
• Track and analyze pipeline performance data for internal stakeholders.
• Provide interview support to Hiring Managers when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience with sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Gem, and boolean search.
• Ability to develop and execute complex sourcing strategies for diverse talent.
• Strong research skills to analyze the competitive candidate market.
• Must be based in Manila.
