Senior Commercial Executive (Sustainability)

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid work with four days in-office each week in most locations

What you will do

• Drive new business development and account management across Australia and New Zealand.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with new and existing clients.
• Use strategic and consultative selling to align Sustainalytics solutions with client objectives.
• Identify industry challenges and collaborate with product, research, delivery, solutions, and operations teams to shape solutions.
• Develop partnerships with financial-services providers and deliver thought leadership and client events.
• Manage sales forecasting, activity metrics, client meeting preparation, opportunity progression, and pipeline development.

Requirements

• Strong sales track record with consistent goal attainment and a strategic approach to business development.
• Experience leading or mentoring other sales professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in the Sydney hybrid environment, including regular in-office collaboration.
