What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Agile ceremonies and implement best practices to improve team velocity.
• Drive cross-team communication and provide proactive project tracking to the organization.
• Identify and remove impediments at both the team and program levels.
• Participate in quarterly Big Room Planning and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate team-level retrospectives and participate in cross-team Inspect and Adapt events.
• Cultivate productive working relationships as a servant leader within the development team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 3–4 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a technical environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
• Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience working within a PMO to deliver complex solutions.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and relevant certifications.
• Experience with streaming applications, entertainment technology, or video metadata workflows.
• Experience managing third-party applications and integrations.
