What you will do

• Lead global downstream marketing strategy and portfolio leadership for Advanced Wound Dressings.
• Define global positioning, messaging, and value propositions across diverse markets.
• Manage the global downstream marketing budget and allocate investments based on ROI and strategic priorities.
• Assess market trends and competitive activity to proactively adapt downstream strategies.
• Partner with Market Access, Health Economics, and Medical Affairs to develop evidence-based payer narratives.
• Develop global commercialization frameworks, launch standards, and core marketing assets for regional teams.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the UK or France without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in global or regional downstream marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven expertise in global commercialization and portfolio management.
• Demonstrated experience owning marketing budgets and making investment decisions.
