- Collaborate with development squads and cross-functional teams
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to refine priorities
- Manage interface service to surface Optima data
Requirements
- Proven product management experience in healthcare technology
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare sector
- Deep knowledge of nursing workforce operations
- Interest in improving healthcare through technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
