TL;DR

Head of Americas Sales (SaaS): Leading the full commercial motion and go-to-market strategy across North and Latin America with an accent on scaling enterprise sales organizations and driving regional revenue performance. Focus on building high-performing teams, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and aligning cross-functional strategy to ensure sustainable growth.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $560,000 – $750,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy and sales execution across the Americas region.
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of sales leaders and individual contributors.
  • Drive regional revenue performance, including pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • Build a unified regional approach leveraging shared market dynamics and customer goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Serve as a senior executive presence for key accounts and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with 8+ years leading regional or multi-market teams.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise SaaS sales organizations.
  • Deep expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior institutional leaders.
  • Fluency in data-driven sales management and performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing teams across both North American and Latin American markets.
  • Experience selling into EduTech sectors.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
