What you will do
- Deliver growth for the Thailand market by achieving sales and marketing plans, financial goals, and sustainable portfolio performance.
- Lead marketing transformation in Thailand, elevating team competencies across clinical/scientific marketing, market insights, bid/tender, pricing, channel marketing, and digital/eCommerce.
- Drive product commercialization: ensure regulatory compliance, optimize market access with cross-functional teams, and execute new product launch strategies (go-to-market, pricing, awareness, demand generation).
- Own marketing planning and program activation: localize global plans, provide market/competitive intelligence, and manage marketing budget with ROI accountability.
- Execute demand generation and customer engagement: define integrated tactics, run end-customer communications, manage lead routing/qualification, and grow/segment the customer database.
- Oversee channel marketing and product/pricing management, including lifecycle management, inventory and demand forecasting, and price/margin management within global guidance.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Minimum 10 years of healthcare marketing experience, including 5+ years in management and leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including remote team management experience.
- Strong commercial focus with the ability to adapt global strategies to local market needs and operationalize results.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in Thailand and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with martech/digital marketing is advantageous; hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
