Senior Healthcare Marketing Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; full-time availability during US hours

What you will do

• Plan, write, and publish weekly newsletters end to end.
• Build and manage drip campaigns and marketing channel activity.
• Design marketing materials using relevant design tools.
• Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring.
• Manage the marketing content calendar and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Translate the clinical voice of a pediatric healthcare practice into clear, trustworthy, parent- and caregiver-focused content.

Requirements

• Demonstrated healthcare marketing experience and a portfolio showing healthcare marketing work.
• End-to-end experience building and publishing email newsletters and drip campaigns.
• Hands-on design skills with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO content frameworks.
• Ability to work independently across multiple disciplines with excellent written English.
• Full-time availability during US hours and residence in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with US pediatric, family medicine, or primary care practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-aware marketing practices.
• Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar email and CRM platforms.
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, or similar SEO tools.
