What you will do

• Create a consolidated, centralized schedule for special project milestones.
• Integrate successful projects into production build schedules.
• Engage key contributors to secure necessary authorizations and keep execution on track.
• Define quantifiable KPIs per project and track performance while monitoring real-time project health.
• Balance project demands with team capacity and anticipate delays or resource constraints.
• Build reports and supportive tools to prevent shortages, visualize project status, and analyze needed materials.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of planning experience (coursework and/or certifications acceptable).
• Experience building reports and analytical tools.
• 1-2 years of experience creating schedules.
• 1+ years of experience in special projects, new product development, and/or engineering environments.
• Experience working in heavily regulated environments.
• U.S. Citizenship (required for eligibility to work in the United States).

Nice to have

• 2+ years in aerospace, defense, or government-related environments.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience automating recurring data reports and building dynamic dashboards and/or workflow tools.
